The main entrance to the Plimsoll Building opens into a dramatic double height space, housing a spectacular helical staircase finished in rich walnut, sandstone and brass. This feature staircase leads up to the resident’s facilities, gym, communal gardens and concierge area two floors above. These facilities can also be accessed by a bank of lifts on the ground floor.
Specified by Technogym, the fitness suite is equipped with smart interactive equipment and includes a cardio, free weights and stretch zone. The gym measures some 800 square feet and benefits from high ceilings and daylight from large windows on to Handyside Street. This key fob accessed facility is available to all residents over 16 years old who have been inducted by a member of the concierge team.
A stunning residents’ private dining room occupies a prominent position overlooking the communal gardens. The dining room, which seats up to 14 people, is serviced by a back-of-house food preparation area, making it ideal for external caterers. Bookings for this space are managed by the concierge desk or through the residents’ portal for the building.
The reception desk of the building will be manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by a highly-trained member of the concierge team. The uniformed member of staff will assist with enquiries, induct residents in use of the fitness suite and run bookings for the private facilities in the building.
A warm and sophisticated residents’ lounge greets you on arrival at the second floor of the Plimsoll Building. More resident’s facilities are located on 12th and 13th floors where there is a roof top conservatory and winter garden. This sophisticated space is imagined as a drop-in area for residents with a piano and a terrace with far-reaching views of the city.

Residents can access the secure bicycle storage through the side entrance of the building. A lift takes them to the second floor storage room which is protected by key fob access and equipped with unassigned bicycle racks.
A smart parcel service will be managed by the concierge out of the ground floor lobby. The concierge will deposit deliveries in key fob activated lockers and notify residents by e-mail that there is a parcel to collect on their way home. Dry cleaning and laundry will be dealt with by the concierge in the same way.
